SCHEDULING POLICY

Please use the scheduler or call/text to request an appointment.

After you request an appointment, we’ll contact you via phone or text. Intake forms will be sent through text or the patient portal. Once completed, we’ll offer available appointment times.

Please call/text if your child is less than 1 month old and I will do my best to make room for you at the time you need to be seen.


CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hours before appointment - 50% of base appointment rate
24 hours before appointment - 75% of base appointment rate
Reschedules within 24 hours of appointment may be subject to the cancellation policy


INSURANCE POLICY

For Naturopathic care:
I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, HMO, Regence and Molina. Please verify with your insurance that I am in network with your specific plan before your appointment.

For Acupuncture:
I do not bill insurance and charges are due at time of service.

Please note:
My practice is located within Whatcom Family Village, which offers prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum support for parents and babies. It’s a wonderful community resource, and there will likely be lots of kids running around! Take a seat in the waiting area and I will come get you when it’s time for your appointment.
